T&Cs
PAYMENT TERMS
All bookings require payment up front, and a booking is not considered as confirmed until this payment is received.
Any invoices sent after the hire date must be paid within 30 days.
CANCELLATION FEES
Once the booking form is completed, your booking will be confirmed and all T&C's will apply, including our cancellation fee.
If you cancel your booking between completion of the form, and 7 days prior to your shoot, then 25% of the full hire rate will be payable.
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to your shoot, then 50% becomes payable.
If cancelled within 48 hours, then 75% becomes payable.
If cancelled within 24 hours, then 100% is payable.
This period begins as soon as the booking form is completed, and only includes working days.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Use of the studio and equipment is at the clients own risk.
The client must ensure they have public liability insurance and that this is operative for the whole crew during the hire period.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients are responsible for their own health and safety risk assessments prior to the booking.
The use of ladders, lighting equipment and kitchen equipment is at your own risk.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
BREAKAGES, LOSS & DAMAGES
Clients are responsible for all breakages, losses, or damages to the studio or equipment caused by them or their team.
Any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment will be charged at full replacement cost.
WASTE REMOVAL
Clients must dispose of all rubbish, clear sets, and remove materials immediately after their shoot.
For items that are too big to remove in waste bags, a waste removal service must be booked to collect items within 24hrs of the booking.
In the failure of this, a fee will be charged to the client.
